Our Spainish property was built in 2007 and is a 3 story  townhouse which comfortably sleeps up to six people. We are located to the West of the resort and only a short walk from the town centre and all of the amenitites. We have furnished to a high specification with a light modern interior and equiped with every facility including dishwasher and washing machine. We have the use of the resorts internal phone system which enables guests to make resevations for example at one of the many resturants along with a  satellite facility of up to 90 channels in various languages and a 32 inch LCD television.

Our property has a ground floor patio area ideal for family meals a sun terrace on the first floor and is completed by the solarium and further terrace on the top floor. There are two bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin and a double sofa bed can be found in the lounge. There are two bathrooms both have baths and showers and a hairdryer is provided in the upstairs en-suite for your use.

The Villa is manged by a company called Lavender-n-Lime and they provide a cleaning service at the beginning of each stay (further cleans can be obtained on request) and they also provide clean linen and towels for your stay, this service is to be paid for locally on your arrival along with a meet and greet key collection service.

We also have the use of 2 golf sets for our guests use these are available on request free of charge along with sunbeds for use around the pool and on the beach. Finally our townhouse is fitted with smoke alarms both upstairs and down, along with standard shutters on the window and security locks, we also have provided a safe for our guests use.

• Our townhouse has an excellent location only a very shoty walk to the supermarket and towncentre.
• The wonderful towncentre is located on a spectacular lake offerering a selection of restaurants which include Italian and Tapas along with bars such as Pinos where you can enjoy live music several nights per week and a sumptious balcony to enjoy a quieter drink if you so please.

Please note a non refundable deposit of £100 is payable at time of booking and the balance of the rental will be due 6 weeks before travel date.

NB: Prices may be subject to change at the advertiser's discretion. The maid service is to be paid locally at a cost of 70 Euros. Collect the keys from our keysafe at the property. An intial deposit of £100.00 is required to confirm your booking, along with a completed booking form - this deposit is non refundable. The balance of your holiday is payable six weeks prior to departure. In addition to this a payment of £150.00 is required in the event of non-accidential damage. This payment is returned to you immediately on your arrival home provided all is in resonable order. Short and long term lets are available please enquire for prices.
